Subject: My Girls Favourite Treats - Delivery problem
Kevin, Melissa,
I very much regret to advise that we are unable to deliver your Fundraising order this week as planned.
We will be able to make the delivery mid to late next week. I have advised Ed Visser who is handling your delivery.
After you have had a chance to make arrangements with your families for a new re-distribution date in Lethbridge, can I trouble you to let me know so I can coordinate trailer space and delivery date with Ed.
By the way, Ed has reassured me that a delivery to The Storage Bin will not be a problem. They will use a truck with a tailgate and have a pallet mover on hand.
This is the first time we have not met a delivery commitment to the Air Cadets and I sincerely apologize for the delay and resulting re-work.
Between our ordering cutoff date and delivery date, a lot of things have to go right and last year for the first time we were able to deliver week ahead of schedule. This year, we were not so fortunate. Unforeseen delays have put us back to our historical delivery schedule.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason.
Best regards,
Calvin Boraas
